Day 01
Arrive Colombo
Arrival Colombo. Upon arrival you shall be welcomed by ou representatives and you will be transferred to the hotel.
Overnight in Colombo

Day 02 Colombo - Anuradhapura (215 Km/5hrs)
Morning visit Pinnawala Elephant orphanage - started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded, the orphanage has grown to be a big family today. Later proceed to Anuradhapura and visit dagobas (pagodas), and the sacred Bodhi tree, scion of the original tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment.
Overnight in Anuradhapura.

Day 03 Anuradhapura - Dambulla (65 km / 2hrs)
Morning proceed to Polonnaruwa and visit the ruins of Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital of the country during 11th - 13th Century, . Later drive to Dambulla en-route visit a wood carving factory.
In the afternoon visit Sigiriya, Climb the Sigiriya rock fortress - the 600-feet-high rock is a steep climb. visit a Batik Factory en-route where you can see the manufacture of beautiful Batik prints.
Overnight in Dambulla.

Day 04 Dambulla - Kandy (72 Km/2hrs)
After breakfast , drive to Kandy en route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, famous for the five cave Temples on a rock. The first 03 caves are better, older and larger than the other two. Some caves dates back to 1st B.C.Visit a Spice Garden at Matale and see the luscious Cinnamons, Cardamons, Pepper plants etc. You can also purchase them as per your requirements of spices.

In the afternoon visit Kandy - the hill capital. Venue of the annual Peradeniya. The last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings was finally ceded to the British in 1815. Kandy is an example of the Buddhism's influence in Sri Lanka today. Temple's shrines and monasteries keeping alive Buddhist traditions are everywhere.

In the evening watch a cultural show featuring the exotic traditional dances of Sri Lanka.

Day 05 Kandy - Nuwara Eliya (80 km/2hrs)
After breakfast visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Later a scenic drive to the tea country of Nuwara Eliya, visiting a tea estate and a factory en route. Rest of the day at leisure .
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya .

Day 06 Nuwara Eliya - Yala (150km/3hrs)
After breakfast Drive to Yala. is a home to wild elephant, deer, wild buffalo, crocodile, wild boar, and many species of birds. Whether it is birds or animals you have them all at Yala.
Afternoon Jeep safari at Yala Park.

Day 07 Yala - Colombo
Morning Jeep safari at the Park and after breakfast Drive to Colombo en route visit the Dutch Fort in Galle, stilt fishermen in Weligama and turtle hatchery in Kosgoda. Arrive Colombo and transfer to the International airport board the flight for onward destination
