Central India is still largely undiscovered by the foreign tourist. Right in the heart of India is Madhya Pradesh, literally 'middle state'. It is not only does the region boast of a rich heritahe and culture, as well as spiritual and religious centres. This journey explores some of Central India's most remarkable sites: the fortress at Gwalior; the magnificent stupas at Sanchi; Ahilya Fort, perched above the sacred Narmada river; and the rock-cut caves of Ajanta and Ellora.

Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Depart for Delhi. Arrival at Delhi in the late evening. Welcome with flower garlands, Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi
Morning visit of Old Delhi visiting Jama Masjid, Chandi Chwok and Raj Ghat, Afternoon visit to New Delhi visiting Qutab Minar and Humayun Tomb, Overnight at the hotel (B,L,D)

Day 3: Delhi – Agra (205 Kms)
Morning drive to Agra, upon arrival, check in at hotel, Afternoon visit to Agra Fort and the World famous Taj Mahal, Overnight at hotel (B,L,D)

Day 4: Agra – Gwalior
Morning departure for Gwalior, afternoon visit of Fort and Schindia Museum,
Overnight at hotel (B,L,D)

Day 5: Gwalior – Bhopal (Train)
Morning assistance and transfer to railway station for train to Bhopal – the capital of Madhya Pradesh combines scenic beauty, historicity and modern urban planning, upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit of Jama – Masjid, Sadar Manzil and Taj - Ul – Masjid, overnight at hotel (B,L,D)

Day 6: Bhopal – Sanchi – Bhopal (45 Kms oneway)
Morning drive to Sanchi, the ancient seat of Buddhist learning, Sanchi is know for its own stupas, monasteries, temples and pillar dating from 3rd century B.C.to 12th centuary AD.
Return to hotel. Late afternoon visit the Laxmi Narayan Temple and Museum, Van Vihas and Uppar and lower Lakes.

Day 7: Bhopal – Indore (185 Kms / 04 Hrs)
Morning drive to Indore, it's planned and built by Rani Ahilyabai, the brave Holkar queen, the bustling and vibrant city, derives its name from 18th century Indrashewar temple.
Upon arrival, check in at hotel, afternoon visit to the Khajuri Bazar, its offer gold, silver. Lather work cloth and traditional jewellery.

Day 8: Indore – Ujjain – Indore (55 Kms one way)
Morning tour of the city visiting the Rajwada or Old palace (a major centre of attraction), Lallbagh Palace, Kanch Mandir (a marvellous jain temple) and Hindu temples, Afternoon drive to Ujjain know of one the four centre of Khumba Mela on arrival take sightseeing tour visting Mahakaleshwar temple and Ganesh temple and local school. Return to Indore, overnight at the hotel (B,L,D)

Day 9: Indore – Omkeshwar - Maheshwar (95 Kms)
Morning drive to Maheshwar, up on arrival, check in at hotel, later proceed for temple village Omkeshwar, Overnight at Fort (B,L,D)

Day 10: Maheshwar – Mandu – Maheshwar (66 Kms)
Full day visit of Mandu fort, return to Maheshwar for overnight stay (B,L,D)

Day 11: Maheshwar – Aurangabad (339 Kms)
Morning drive to Aurangabad, upon arrival, check in at hotel, overnight at hotel (B,L,D)

Day 12: Aurangabad
Full day tour of Ajanta caves, return to Aurangabad for overnight at hotel

Day 13: Aurangabad
Morning drive to Ellora caves, afternoon visit to Dualtabad Fort and Bibi ka Maqbara, overnight at hotel (B,L,D)

Day 14: Aurangabad / Mumbai (Flight)
Morning flight to Mumbai, upon arrival, transfer to city for visiting Gateway of India, Mani Bhawan, Marine Drive, and local market, overnight at hotel (B,L,D)
